▪ July 1-July 31 | PoTrails - lectures and trips with TPN educators

Meetings in 6 popular places in the Tatra National Park, where TPN educators will conduct lectures about the Tatra nature, the rules of the Park and safety. The action is dedicated to both the youngest tourists and those who are already hiking in the Tatra Mountains on their own.

In the very center of the city, on the Cultural Independence Square, right next to the famous Krupówki Street, the city of Zakopane invites you to the BNP Paribas Film Festival Town. It is here that projections take place in the evenings, and during the day you can sunbathe in the strong mountain sun. In the Film Town there is also a festival Information Point, where you can check the current festival repertoire, get acquainted with the films shown and meet the festival crew.

You can listen to many wonderful interpretations of organ music as well as chamber concerts in various spaces of the city, such as an organ recital by Viennese organist Erzsébet Windhager-Geréd. The program will include motifs related to the music of Podhale.

▪ August 18-24 | International Mountain Folklore Festival

The Podhale Championship in Driving, the competition for Fiakra of the Year and Śpiew Pomocy will start a great celebration of folklore. During this year's festival we will hear many great artists. This year, teams from many countries, such as Macedonia, Turkey, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, Italy, Georgia, Hungary, Slovakia, India, Senegal and teams from Poland, will compete in the competition for the gold, silver and bronze ciupaga under the professional eye of the International Jury. . At the same time, during the band competition, the International Competition of Folk Instrumentalists and Singers will be held.
