The Polish Tourist Voucher is a form of support for Polish families and the tourism industry in connection with the difficult economic situation caused by the COVID-19 epidemic. With this voucher you can pay for an unforgettable stay in Zakopane also at Bachleda Resort Zakopane.

Tourist voucher - important information:

    The benefit in the form of a tourist voucher is granted for a child who is entitled to a child benefit or the Family 500+ childcare allowance.
    One child is entitled to a voucher in the amount of PLN 500. A disabled child is entitled to an additional voucher in the amount of PLN 500.
    You can pay multiple times with the voucher until you run out of money in full.
    The voucher can be used for a family stay. The child for whom the voucher is entitled must be present at the hotel.
    Using the voucher, it is possible to make payments for hotel services at Bachleda Resort until March 31, 2023.

How to use the voucher at Bachleda Resort Zakopane:

    The voucher should be activated on the PUE ZUS Electronic Services Platform, which will then be sent to you by e-mail or SMS.
    You should make a reservation directly at Bachleda Resort Zakopane by contacting the Reservation Department (tel. +48 18 20 23 123, e-mail: rezerwacja@bachledaresort.pl) or on the Bachleda Resort Zakopane website. The settlement of the voucher is only possible for bookings with payment or an additional payment on the spot. The voucher cannot be redeemed for non-returnable offers (with full online payment, prior to arrival).
    When checking in at Bachleda Resort, please provide the voucher number and the amount you want to pay in the form of a voucher. The transaction requires confirmation with a one-time code sent as an e-mail or text message to the data provided during the activation of the voucher.

Important information:

    The tourist voucher cannot constitute an advance payment for the reservation, it can only be a form of additional payment or payment on the spot.
    Payment with a travel voucher may only apply to family trips, therefore it is not possible to issue invoices for the company for such a stay.
    If the value of the accommodation exceeds the value of the voucher, the rest of the amount can be paid in a convenient way.
    With the help of the voucher, you can pay for the stay of caregivers with the child, including grandparents.
    The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other means of payment.
