Spa & Wellness Regulations

 

Regulations of Spa & Wellness Bachleda Resort Zakopane

1. The Spa & Wellness Regulations define the organization and order of the process of using recreational services provided by Bachleda Resort Zakopane.

2. The Spa & Wellness zone is open from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 to 22:00. The Spa & Wellness area should be left no later than at its closing time. Otherwise, a sanction fee will be charged. In addition, at the closing time of Spa & Wellness, the hotel staff has the right to ask to leave the facility. Devices and attractions in the facility are turned off at the closing time.

3. Bachleda Resort Zakopane reserves the right to change the opening hours of the facility or individual attractions, as well as the possibility to turn off individual Spa & Wellness zones.

4. Staying and using the Spa & Wellness area is voluntary. It is assumed that upon entering the facility, each User has read and voluntarily accepted the provisions of the Regulations and all other Instructions and orders related to ensuring safety on the premises,

5. The regulations of the Spa & Wellness zone apply to all Users of the facility and are intended to maintain safety, order and cleanliness throughout its premises.

6. All persons on the premises of the facility are obliged to immediately comply with the announced announcements.

7. In the cloakroom you should leave devices and items that may be damaged or may pose a threat. It is recommended to leave valuables in the house, hotel room or deposit, which is located at the Hotel Reception. The Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. People who are in poor health, of weaker fitness and ill-being, as well as pregnant women should use the Spa & Wellness zone and its devices with particular care. The Resort is not responsible for the consequences of using the Spa & Wellness zone by these people.

9. Persons violating the order or the provisions of these Regulations will be removed from the facility without the right to a refund of previously paid fees.

10. It is considered that the purchase of an accommodation, ticket, pass or any other form entitling to enter Spa & Wellness is tantamount to reading and accepting the provisions of these Regulations.

11. In the matter of complaints, requests and complaints, please contact the Directorate of Bachleda Resort Zakopane.

12. The Spa & Wellness Zone is an integral part of the Hotel and the provisions of the General Regulations and these Regulations apply to it.

13. Access to the Aqua zone is possible only in generally accepted swimwear.

14. Before using the complex, you should thoroughly wash your body in the shower and disinfect your feet in a designated area.

15. It is forbidden to bring and consume alcohol, tobacco products, food, beverages and sharp and dangerous items, especially glass items (including cosmetics in glass packaging) into the recreational complex.

16. It is forbidden to use the swimming pool complex by children under 13 years of age without adult supervision. Children over 13 years of age may use the swimming pool complex only with the consent of their guardians.

17. Children or adults using diapers may use the pool only in special, waterproof diaper pants.

18. Notwithstanding the provisions of point 1, children under 3 years of age may use the swimming pool only in special, waterproof diapers.

19. Disabled people in wheelchairs may use the swimming pool only with a guardian. The guardian, who is not a hotel guest at the same time, is obliged to purchase an admission ticket.

20. Non-swimmers may only use designated non-swimmer zones.

21. Guests are required to use designated communication routes in order to enter and exit the swimming pool.

22. The Spa & Wellness zone cannot be used by people who:

a. are under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

b. are in poor health that may endanger them or others;

c. have problems with the upper respiratory tract or have difficulty breathing;

d. have unhealed wounds or skin diseases, e.g. mycosis, impetigo;

e. have plasters or bandages on the body;

f. suffer from epilepsy or infectious diseases;

g. are allergic to disinfectants;

h. suffer from diseases related to cardiovascular insufficiency;

i. have disorders of the excretion system;

j. do not have an appropriate swimsuit.

23. In the recreation area, it is strictly forbidden to:

a. smoking a cigarette;

b. running in the swimming pool area, as well as in corridors, hall and swimming pool basins, in changing rooms and showers;

c. consuming food in the cloakroom, changing room and swimming pool hall;

d. consumption of any drinks, including alcoholic beverages

e. consuming intoxicants;

f. jumping into the water;

g. introducing animals;

h. destroying equipment and devices in the Spa & Wellness zone;

i. water pollution;

j. initiating false alarms;

k. making noise;

l. carrying and using large-size floating equipment, such as pontoons, mattresses;

m. taking care of physiological needs outside the toilet;

n. entering and exiting the pool basins outside the designated areas;

o. causing situations that threaten the safety of people using the swimming pool, in particular long diving and performing apnea exercises.

24. A person who intentionally or unintentionally pollutes the pool will be charged with the costs of changing the water in the pool and any costs related to closing the pool due to its pollution. Parents or guardians are responsible for damages caused by minors.

25. Persons destroying the pool equipment or facilities are liable for the full amount of the damage caused. Parents or guardians are responsible for damages caused by minors.

26. All persons staying in the Spa & Wellness zone are obliged to follow the instructions of the Resort staff.

27. Any cuts, injuries as well as noticed dangers and irregularities should be reported immediately to the hotel staff.

28. In case of danger, the staff may order the bathers to get out of the water immediately.

Rules for using saunas:

1. Before entering the sauna and bath area, remove all metal objects, as they may cause burns to the body.

2. Towels are the responsibility of each user.

3. Before entering the non-textile area, swimwear must be left in the changing room and the body covered with a sheet or towel. In dry saunas, the towel should be spread out so that no part of the body touches the wooden surface.

4.In the non-textile zone, it is forbidden to: walk in clothes, swimwear and shoes, lie down or sit directly on the boards of benches, i.e. without using a stretched towel, running and making noise, and making loud conversations, jumping into the water, unjustified use of an alarm bell, bringing drinks alcohol, smoking, indecent behavior, or behavior socially considered indecent or offensive.

5. The non-textile zone in the Relaxation Zone is a zone available only to adults, and the rest of the Relaxation Zone is also available to children over 7 years of age, at designated times.

6. Each person takes a bath in the sauna, bathhouse, swimming pool at their own risk and responsibility. People staying in saunas and baths declare their full physical and health ability to use such treatments and are responsible for their health.

Rules for using the gym:

1. It is forbidden to use the gym by people:

a.whose condition indicates alcohol consumption or are under the influence of intoxicants,

b. with a medical contraindication,

c. under 16 years of age,

2. People using the gym are required to:

a.leaving the outerwear and footwear in the cloakroom;

b. use appropriate sports footwear, clean, leaving no dirt, scratches, etc .;

c. use sports outfit and a mandatory dry, clean towel;

d. securing valuables on their own in a lockable cabinet;

e. to comply with the safety rules when using the sports equipment provided by the Gym;

f. compliance with occupational health and safety, fire and order regulations;

g. immediate reporting of information on breakdowns, damage to the gym equipment, facility staff;

h. put the equipment back in its place after completion of the exercises;

i. maintaining cleanliness and order in the gym, cloakroom and sanitary rooms;

j. to follow the instructions of the employees responsible for the functioning of the facility;

k. not bringing meals to the equipment room.

3. In the gym, including cloakrooms and sanitary rooms, it is forbidden to:

a.smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol, using intoxicants;

b. bring and use packaging and other glass items;

c. bring and use equipment that is not sports equipment;

d. bring all kinds of dangerous items, explosives, pyrotechnic products, fire-hazardous materials;

e. introduce animals;

f. use the gym's devices and equipment in a manner that threatens safety.

4. Only the persons using the gym are liable for damages, accidents and other events occurring while using the gym. In the case of minors, the guardian is responsible.

5. An employee of the Hotel and the Zone is authorized to control the behavior of people using the gym.

6. In the event of damage to property or other behavior threatening the safety or health of participants or the safety of property, the staff has the right to stop the exercises and order them to leave the Gym.
